Praise the Lord !
Prayer is the key to power with god each time you pray you demonstrate your dependence upon god.
Prayer is communication with god believing and receiving what he has already given to us in Jesus.
The bible says that where one or more are gathered in my name I am amongst them.

Lord I thank you for the trail I am going through.
I do not understand it, but I know you are to wise to make a mistake and to loving to be unkind
Lord I thank you for the business that has failed. I will not become bitter. Yet I will praise you, the glory, and the lifter of my head.
I know that you are leading me right now to the greatest opportunity of my life, because your plans from me are greater than anything my mind could possibly conceive.
Lord I thank you for the night I prayed, the night through with no hopes in view, that was the night I heard your voice, and I felt your gentle touch.
That was the night I found you to be the friend that's sticks closer than a brother that was the night you became my fortress, my high tower and my shield. You alone are my god, my king, my redeemer, and my messiah.
I bless your holy name, Jesus we need you today and always because you are the same yesterday, today, and forever. This is the day the lord has made and I shall rejoice in it.
The flower may fade and the grass may wither but the word of the lords shall say forever

                                                                                       Testimony
I'm not here to say anything about me I'm here to praise the lord and raise him name higher and higher, because all the glory, power and honor on this earth belongs to him.
I would like to introduce myself as a servant of Jesus. My name is Nilesh Naik I'm from Bombay India. I was born and brought up in a non- Christian family. For the last 20 years or so used to worship idols. The culture I come from in childhood, u is told this is the god (a certain idol) and u must worship it, no questions asked. It's a tradition and this procedure is call sense of duty. Anything other than that is a social stigma. In that worship I had to perform to receive any miracles like chant mantras for x numbers of time or offer a sacrifice. I was always told that if I do not worship idols I have to take 84 million various births before I could be reincarnated in human form. All the idols I worshiped were warriors and had to kill and fight to prove themselves. There was a certain fear that the god will punish me. Everything I did was just a ritual.
I was like a hamster in a cage whose on a wheel, the whole day thinking his going somewhere, and will accomplish something soon. But guess what when he's tried and get of the wheel, he still finds himself in the same cage and the same place.
I was a very short-tempered person, and highly addicted to tobacco, and was interested in all worldly things. I was so addicted to tobacco when my little girl asked for her birthday gift to quit tobacco when she was 7 years old I was not able to do it. I had a lot a pride in me and felt powerful because I had several businesses, which brought in a lot of money.
Journey to Salvation
(One fine morning, May 01 2001). I used to own stores Dunking Donuts, Baskin Robins and Quizno's. One guy name pastor Raj Nagi came to one of my locations. He was a friend with one of our employee's in-laws and I knew that his in- law was a convert. So I met pastor Raj Nagi and kind a became friends. He used to come to my store almost every day. He always would talk about Jesus and salvation. First couple weeks I tolerated him because I respect all religions, but if so happens that he would only talk about it. I was so annoyed that whenever his car would pull up I would hide myself or tell my staff to tell him that I was busy. At that point Raj was a delivery person for office supplies. He did not give up on me. So one day I decide to listen to what he had to say. That day I heard him with 10% of my attention and 0% of my heart. We became more close friends and family came together. I was observing him for about 3 months and trying to figure out his passion and love for Jesus. Couple things I noticed was he was so happy all the time and him face would glow when he talked about Jesus. He had peace and here I am with eight stores, sixty employees and everything a person needs to be happy, but I didn't have that peace or joy. At this point I was about 50% into what he was trying to tell me. The most important thing was Raj never disrespected my beliefs or said that what he was telling was right. All times Raj would give me examples of how the lord has been so good to him.

Moving forward one day a need arose in my house, of building a pantry in my garage. I was taking to someone about hiring some people to do it, and that time Raj came and said I know how to do it. It is easy! You and me can do it. So we decided to do it ourselves. After work both of us would get together at my place. We started measuring the place and would drink tea in between and here goes Pastor Raj again telling me stories from the bible and giving me examples of how god works in that prophet's life. It was interesting so we would talk more and drink tea. On the first day the only thing we did in five hours was measured the place, which takes about 5 minutes to do. On the second day we marked points for the nails and Raj talked more about god and drank Indian tea. We hammered three nails on the second day in four hours. It went for a week and a half. Everyday we would get together and talk about the lord and salvation. Finally I asked him if he knew how to build a pantry. He replied no. But I didn't know the carpenter of the universe was working on me.
I was interested in the bible but wasn't quite sure about it. I was in denial and was always trying to find ways to prove pastor Raj wrong. One Sunday I was at one of my Quizno's and saw pastor Raj Nagi pull up, and I was like why is Raj here? So he came in and said praise the lord and I said hi. Then we were talking about something and he said my God would give u anything u want and He can make things happen. I jumped on his offer because I had a chance to prove him wrong. The store where I was at on that Sunday is in a business district and wouldn't do more than 350 in sales every Sunday. This has been the same for the last three years. I asked him your god can to anything and he said yes. pastor Raj Nagi didn't know any of the sales history. I told him if the store would do thousand dollars in sales today I would think about his Jesus. So he prayed about it. That day till 12:15 pm I had only one customer, I was getting happy because I knew it is not going to happen. Come 1:30 people stared coming in did not stop till 5:00. Sales at that point were $550. I was still winning then again it started at 6:30 till we closed. We did $1100 in sales. I didn’t know where the customers came from, but I lost and the lord won. I knew I had lost the bet but I didn't want to believe it. At this point I thought it was some black magic, which did it. So I stared avoiding pastor Raj Nagi.
It was now almost 2 years of ministering and bible stories from pastor Raj. There was another couple named Bill and Ellen and they had a heart for Indian. They always stopped by my Dunkin Donuts and by coffee and they tried to preach about Jesus all the time. One evening pastor Raj, Bill and Ellen were going to a prayer meeting. They stopped by my store and invited me to he prayer meeting. I told them no and wasn't interested. When I was closing the restaurant I saw a book with a black cover sitting on the table. I instantly knew it was Bills bible. I tried to avoid touching it. After I closed the store I felt guilt about not taking the bible because I knew where the prayer meeting was and I could have taken it to the prayer meeting and gave it to Bill. So I went back into my store and got the bible, and headed toward the meeting to give it to Bill. At this point the plan was to drop it off and not go inside. When I went there they convinced me to stay there. His prayer meeting lasted for about three hours and what I saw was love, peace, happiness, and all they did was praised. I felt the presence of the lord upon me during the worship songs. So I decided to have prayer meeting at my house.
It was December 2003 and I was expecting the same presence of the lord, which I experience, at the meeting. I was still a non-believer. We started to praise the lord and it was about 2:30in the morning. I saw a bright light coming towards me I was crying and telling Pastor Raj Nagi what I saw. I had no words to describe that light. The best way to describe the light would be how I felt when I used to put my head in my fathers lap when I was a kid. I felt secure, loved, and peaceful. The light was so bright but very comforting. That night was the night I slept very peacefully. I was convinced that there exists a lord above all gods I knew. I never had this experience in my life before. I was so wanted to give my life to the lord but wasn't able to convince my family because of social stigma. Then December 31 my wife and kids were out of town. That day there was a prayer meeting at bro Dilips house. And there I received Jesus Christ. Life has never been the same.
I had mentioned about my tobacco addiction and bad temper. As I prayed the sinners prayer I asked the lord to take all the bad habits from me. From that day till today and forever I will not miss tobacco. That habit just left me. Praise the lord for that.
There's one more thing I would like to share with you, is the miracle of the lord in my life. After I received Christ one week later I went on a fast for 40 days. To support me, pastor Raj Nagi joined me for the fast. Every morning he used to pray with me, and every night my pastor Avinash Raiborde would pray with me. In those days I learned how to pray to god and depend on him. In those 40 days lord did a lot of miracles in my life. My wife who was still a non-believer says that I was a changed person and I had quit tobacco, and I was less angry. She saw me more peaceful and happy. She saw that what she was trying to do for the past 11 years is to help me quit tobacco the lord did it in one night. Finally she picked up the phone and called brother Raj and told him she wanted what I had, which was Christ. She received Christ that day. At this time my wife was pregnant with our 3 daughter( Simran). We were baptized September 14, 2004 and my newborn was born in Christian family. Both our daughters Shraddha and Shivani received Jesus as well.
One of the biggest miracles the lord did in my life was after I finished my 40 days fasting. I had a tumor on my right hand wrist and big as a size of golf ball. I had this tumor for the last 9 years. The max I could do with my right hand was write three sentences at a given time, and was able to pick up only three to four pounds with that hand. That night we had a prayer meeting at bro Dilips house. I was playing a tambourine and we were praising and worshiping the lord. My right hand was hurting so bad that I had to put the tambourine down. I told the lord it hurts. Next day morning I went to one of my stores and was helping to put up the truck delivery, that’s when I realized that I was holding a 50 lb sugar bag. I got scared and I dropped the bag. I turned my right hand around and I saw my tumor was gone. Praise god it was been 3 years now and has never came back. All I had said to the lord that it hurts and he answered me. Now I realized that I don't have a religion but a relationship with the lord. Before as a non believer I had to preform to get the idols attention, but I know now that I don't have to do this because my Jesus had perform for me 2000 years ago on the cross, and I know that when Jesus was on the cross I was on his mind.
The problem with testimony services is the real testimony are never told. It is good to receive check in the mail or the money arrives just before your power was going to cut off or you get healed in a moment so on and so fourth. My question is what do you do when the money doses not arrive and they cut off the power. What do you do when they drive off your car and lose your house? What do you do when you are praying and doing the right thing and nothing id happening? What do you do when every hope you have has failed you? What do you do when you feel when god is not listening to you or has forgotten about you?
This is something we are going through now. We have lost everything. We went from living in a big house to an apartment. From having business to being an employee. We are going through a lot of humiliation and trouble. People are mocking at us and making fun of us and are asking why my Jesus us not helping me. They are telling me the curse of my old idols has fallen on my family. But even though we are going through all this problems we as a family has raised our hand up to the lord. And we believe in the lord and we know that he is cleansing us and on the other side there is milk and honey. Who ever is reading this testimony if you would please believe with us because there is power in agreement and pray with us that the lord is going to raise my family up for his kingdom and his glory and He going to restore my family hundred times more than the devil had taken. That he will use us for his purpose, because I know that I know and I believe that my Jesus is everything.

After Coming to Christ
My struggle to know him, couldn't know the lord until u go through troubles. As you go through out different troubles he reviles his different sights. If you're sick he heals you, he answer to all you questions and if you're in need he provides you. Every time you have troubled you have an opportunity for the god to show up in your life. Since I received Christ I see these following difference in life.
I have received inner peace and no longer crave for materialistic things.
I have a big sense of security.
There's somebody I can trust and fall on.
It has changed my married life. When I compare ten years before Christ to the last 3 years it is much better, there's more understanding, and love.
My decision to live for Christ was disliked by my friends. But when The king likes you it doesn't matter who dislikes you
I was saved because the lord knew me; he chooses me and assented me.
I feel so good when the non-believers ask me why Jesus. And I jumped on the chance to tell them
Jesus is a living God
Jesus is a prince of peace
Jesus is a prayer-answering God
Jesus is a hope for today and the promise for future
Jesus is the God of second chance
There's an acceptance in Christ for sinners
Jesus set you free from all bondage's
Jesus is not a religion it's a relationship in which we call God our father.
There's power in the Blood of Jesus Christ
Jesus is a promise keeping God, He's the only God who can relate to our problems and know the pain our daily life
We don't have to perform for Him, He has performed for us on the cross 2 thousand years ago
I would say there's only one God, God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and only one savior Jesus Christ.
This book that I hold I call the owners manual it has answer to all your questions. It is not just only a book this is the Book and Voice of Leaving God and He is coming back soon.
I would like to conclude with Galatian2: 20 "
" I have been crucified with Christ it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who live in me. This life that I live, with faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave his life for me."
